Has IKON been muscling you into a new copier?
IKON is the biggest servicer of copiers, scanners, faxes, and laser printers globally. Of course, big companies aren't usually the best, as you know if you've read Tony's 9 sneaky sales tricks in the office machine industry.
IKON has always recommended Canon office machines. But in October 2008 they were bought by Ricoh, a Canon competitor. This creates a real conflict of interest, especially as Canon terminated IKON's contract. So IKON is no longer an authorized Canon dealer or servicer.
As a result, IKON is reducing their staff of Canon technicians and are pushing all their customers to buy a Ricoh machine. If you are told by any servicer "we can't get the parts anymore", in a lot of cases, A-Cal can prove them wrong!
Can you really trust them to service your machine when they have such an incentive to shake their head sadly and inform you that you have to get a new Ricoh model? Would you want a Toyota dealer working on your Ford?
You have a choice. Call A-Cal for a 2nd opinion!
