What Customers Say About A-Cal Copier ServiceI can't recommend A-Cal strongly enough. They will really take the aggravation out of owning office equipment. On those occasions where a service call is needed, they are very prompt, and all their techs are courteous and friendly. You have to test your way into A-Cal if you want to be a technician, and I know they turn away a lot of techs because they are not good enough. Over the course of our dealings I've become pretty friendly with Tony because I like the way his company does business. You'll never get short-changed there.

Yesterday, we had a Konica copier document feeder issue and then a little more than an hour later we had a Canon paper jamming issue. A call was placed to Konica an hour before I placed a call to A-Cal Copiers. A-Cal Copiers not only returned my call but has sent a technician out and resolved the problem and I am still waiting to hear from a technician from Konica today. ECS Publishing has had copy machines and fax machines from A-Cal for a long time... Your staff has been knowledgeable and, the most crucial element, quick to respond to our trouble. I could write a book about the lengthy problems which they have followed through to the end to a solution which put us back in production. We have rarely lost more than a few hours of down time. I cannot imagine any other company who could claim that record (unless you have an "in house" repairman on your payroll).
